Hello, I need help calibrating the knock sensor. I have installed a Bosch knock sensor (part number 0 261 231 046). The knock sensor has two pins and is connected to pin 3K on the right connector. I measured the sensor’s output signal with an oscilloscope, depending on the RPM, it ranges from approximately 25 to 100 mV. Is this signal sufficient for the ECU, or does it need to be amplified?
What do the “Integrator time constant” and “Gain (multiplier)” depend on?
Unfortunately, the documentation does not include instructions on how to adjust the knock sensor. Is there any documentation?
My engine is running very well with the EasyECU so far, just the knock sensor is missing.
